Write to Director is a simple web based messaging system to facilitate direct communication channel with the Director. It is being deployed on CCMB Intranet platform.
Who can use the system (Write to Director)?
The users (Staff/Students/Project staff) having valid CCMB Internet credentials can use this system, when there is a need.
Who will have access to the posted messages?
The messages posted/written by the users are accessible / viewable only to the Director, he can reply to the message or close the message
How and where the reply messages are received by the user?
The user needs to login into the system (Write to Director) to see the reply for the messages, no other means of communication is done in this regard.
Privacy of messages?
The posted and reply messages of one user cannot be accessed by other users. This system is a direct communication channel between the user and the Director.
